Unfortunately, the majority of people live their lives trying to focus on their day-to-day activities, but their problems, challenges, and trials and tribulations completely consume their minds. They become so engrossed in the turmoil of living that they become unconscious as to how it is affecting them personally, socially or professionally.
In an earlier blog I mentioned the negative consequences that can occur as a result of the cumulative effects of stress. Stress causes your vital energy to be depleted, and this becomes an indicator to show imbalances in your body. The resultant symptoms may include increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, muscle tension, tension headaches, sleep disorders, anxiety, and a variety of other symptoms.
Most of us are aware that dealing with stress and challenges are an inevitable part of modern day living, but fortunately, there are numerous effective ways we can manage our stress.
The first and foremost step is to recognize you are stressed and that you need to restore balance to your life. Initially, you may be at loss as to how to cope with the stress. However, once you come to the realization you need help, it is up to you to develop a workable plan that fits your lifestyle.
As I blog, I will help you to create a more balanced lifestyle, which is based on the firm foundation of ancient Yogic Philosophies which have been tried and tested for over 5,000 years. Many people may have attempted to understand the wisdom of ancient philosophies, but found them too difficult or too abstract to grasp. My aim in writing my book, KUNDALINI YOGA MASSAGE, 7 STEPS TO ACTIVATE 7 CHAKRAS AND POWER PEOPLE’S PRANA and this blog is to simplify some of the abstract philosophies so it is easier for people to understand and incorporate them into their lives.
This book primarily focuses on integrating Kundalini yoga and massage to improve your overall health and well-being. Kundalini yoga massage should be performed by either a licensed registered massage therapist or someone trained in these techniques.
