In one of earlier blogs I mentioned that there are several techniques that will assist you to discover THE POWER OF YOU. Developing self-awareness is only the first step in a series of techniques to activate the innate potential that lies dormant within all of us.
Learning how to control your unobserved mind and uncovering a new dimension in your consciousness is the journey of a lifetime, but like all journeys, it has to begin somewhere. In a 24 hour day, we all can spare 15 minutes for self evolution and practice the 15 MINUTE PRINCPLE TO POWER YOUR PRANA.
I am sure you are all aware that you cannot magically transform a lifetime of dysfunctional thinking overnight. You will realize that once you make a firm commitment to begin it will take steely determination to make lifestyle changes. If in doubt, ask anyone who has tried to lose weight, as a testament to how difficult it will be. Be prepared to encounter difficulties along your journey of self-discovery.
The majority of people, including myself, are too busy trying to keep our external world in order to recognize the power house of potential that lies within each of us, waiting to “unfold and blossom,” as Swami Jyotirmayananda so succinctly puts it.
