I have personally spent over 40 years practicing some of the techniques that I will share with you, and I must admit that I will forever remain a student of the subject. I find that the more I study and practice the techniques of how to POWER YOUR PRANA, the more I discover how deep and vast the potential to unfold and discover your inner being really is.
Practicing these techniques together with extensive reading has given me the opportunity to experience ordinary, everyday living in an extraordinary way. Learning how to control my thoughts has been so beneficial in my own life that I want to share it so others can also benefit. The techniques that I will share with you are not new, but rather, are a collection of techniques that I, personally, found useful in my journey to find a connection with my higher self.
