My goal in writing this blog is to discuss some of the ideas and techniques outlined in my book KUNDALINI YOGA MASSAGE, 7 STEPS TO ACTIVATE 7 CHAKRAS.
In order to gain maximum benefit from the 15 MINUTE PRINCIPLE TO POWER YOUR PRANA technique it is essential to understand some of the underlying reasons that may cause you to function in a disjointed way. Once you develop self-awareness and the realization that you need to make changes in your life, this awareness will become one of your greatest agents for change.
You do not have to wait for a crisis to occur in your life for you to implement change; the time to act is NOW! As soon as you learn how to develop a sense of awareness and admit to yourself that your unobserved mind is inundated with a stream of seemingly unsolvable obstacles, you will have taken a giant step toward overcoming your limitations.
Unawareness of thinking for all intents and purpose is unconscious, involuntary and repetitive. Such unobserved thinking may appear normal and innocent, but once you understand the power and potency your thoughts, you will become more self-aware and observant of your thought patterns.
